Our Guarantee is simple. If any item we sell is ever found to be of doubtful authenticity, we will issue an immediate and no-questions-asked refund. In the history of our business we have never had to issue a refund because our items are 100% authentic. How do we know this? We or one of our representatives attend and witness every signing.
All Tennzone Sports Memorabilia Authenticated hand-signed items will come with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) with matching serial-numbered tamper-proof holograms. Some of our items will be authenticated by PSA or JSA which can be verified online.
Our Authenticity Guarantee will give you the peace of mind you seek in this industry where 50% – 98% of the hand-signed items being offered are fraudulent.
- Items we make available come directly from the athlete’s representative company or have been authenticated with a tamper proof hologram sticker.
- All other items have been authenticated by an expert third party company, such as PSA/DNA or JSA, and come with a tamper-proof serial number as well as a certificate of authenticity.
